By accessing or using the services of Careasu Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.


2. Services Description

We provide non-medical in-home care services for seniors and individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

Services are customized and will be outlined in your care plan, service agreement, or consultation documentation.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Companionship and emotional support

Meal preparation and feeding assistance

Medication reminders (non-medical)

Light housekeeping and homemaking

Mobility and transfer assistance

Respite care (temporary relief for family caregivers)

24/7 or live-in care services

Specialized care for conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, or post-stroke recovery

Healthcare staffing support for facilities and organizations

We do not provide medical, nursing, or clinical services unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.


3. Client Responsibilities

As a client or client representative, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and health-related information

Disclose any relevant medical conditions, risks, or care requirements

Maintain a safe working environment for caregivers

Treat caregivers with respect and professionalism

Follow agreed care plans and service guidelines

Notify us promptly of any schedule changes or service concerns

Pay all agreed fees in a timely manner

Not request caregivers to perform tasks outside the agreed scope of services


4. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be clearly communicated before the start of services and may include:

Hourly care rates

Daily or live-in care rates

Short-term or respite care fees

Staffing service fees (for partner organizations)

Payment terms will be outlined in your agreement.

Late or missed payments may result in:

Service suspension or termination

Additional late fees where applicable


5. Caregiver Assignment & Scheduling

We strive to match clients with suitable caregivers based on needs and preferences. However:

Caregiver availability may vary

Substitutions may be made when necessary

Scheduling changes require reasonable notice

We do not guarantee a specific caregiver at all times.


6. Professional Standards

Our services are delivered in accordance with:

Applicable home care regulations

Industry standards for non-medical caregiving

Ethical and professional caregiving practices

We are committed to providing safe, respectful, and compassionate care.


7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide high-quality care services:

We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or improvements

Clients acknowledge that non-medical care involves inherent risks

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages


8. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect and protect your privacy.

Client information will be kept confidential and only shared:

With caregivers or staff involved in your care

When required by law or regulation

With your consent

We follow applicable privacy and data protection standards.


9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

Upon termination:

You remain responsible for payment of services rendered

We will assist with a reasonable transition of care where possible

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:

Unsafe working conditions

Abuse or inappropriate behavior toward staff

Non-payment


10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussions.

If unresolved, disputes may be handled through:

Mediation or arbitration

Applicable laws of the governing jurisdiction


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (608) 622-7015 After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive about 20 msgs per week. If you have any questions about your text plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
